PAYMENT
Which payment methods are accepted? You can find an overview of our payment options on the page Payment methods (click here).
How can I pay with a bank transfer? At the end of your order you can choose payment via "Bank Transfer". Afterwards we send you an e-mail with all the payment information.

Which communication do I have to mention on my bank transfer? You can mention your order number or your invoice number. You can find your order number on all e-mail communication or on the page "Overview of my Orders" (click here).
Can I pay Cash on Delivery? Currently it is not possible to pay Cash on Delivery. You can find an overview of our payment methods on the page Payment methods (click here).
CANCELLATION
How can I cancel my order? Send us an e-mail via our contact form (click here). Please always mention the number of your order.
DELIVERY
What are the shipping methods? Our shipping methods depend on the delivery country. You can find the possible shipping methods per country on the page Shipping costs.
What is the shipping cost? You can find our shipping costs on the page Shipping costs (click here).
When will my order be sent? On each product page, the shipping time is indicated. This time starts after we have received your payment. Online payments (credit card / Bancontact / KBC-Online) are processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take up 1 to 3 working days (depending on your bank).
How can I correct or change the delivery address? Send us an e-mail via our contact form (click here). Please always mention the number of your order and the address you want to change.
What happens if I am not present when my order is delivered? In case you are absent the carrier will post a notice in your letterbox.
What do I need to do when I receive my order? At receipt of your order, please check the condition of the packing and check if the packing has not been opened by other persons. If you have doubts, check the contents of the package in the presence of the carrier. In case of problems please contact us soon as possible (click here).
